Privacy Policy
Your photos, your data,
handled with care.
Your photos and order data deserve careful handling. This page explains how the storefront and lab workflows use information to process orders, deliver files, and provide support.
01 · Image Privacy
What we do with your photos.
Customer photographs are treated as private lab work. We process, scan, print, inspect, and deliver files only as needed to complete the order.
We do not use customer images in marketing, social posts, portfolios, training material, or public examples unless permission is clearly granted.
Applies To
- Image review is limited to production and quality control.
- Staff access is tied to order handling.
- Permission is required before public use.
02 · File Storage & Deletion
Where your scans actually live.
Digital files may be stored in delivery systems, cloud storage, and operational tools while the order is active and for a limited support window afterward.
Storage windows can vary by workflow. Download and back up your scans promptly after delivery.
Applies To
- Delivery links are operational tools, not permanent archives.
- Files may be removed after the support period.
- Customers should keep their own backups.
03 · Personal Data
What we collect, and why.
We collect information needed to process orders, provide support, fulfill shipping, maintain accounts, and send required order communication.
This can include name, email, phone, address, order contents, shipping selections, payment references, and account profile details.
Applies To
- Order data supports lab fulfillment.
- Contact data supports customer service.
- Address data supports shipping and pickup decisions.
04 · Third Parties
Who else sees any of this.
We use service providers for payment, account data, email delivery, shipping, analytics, and infrastructure. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Payment card details are handled by payment providers rather than stored directly by the storefront.
Applies To
- Square processes payments.
- Supabase stores account and application data.
- Shipping and email providers support fulfillment and communication.
05 · Cookies & Analytics
What the site tracks.
The site may use cookies or local storage to keep sessions, carts, preferences, authentication state, and basic usage analytics working.
Disabling browser storage can prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working correctly.
Applies To
- Cart sessions need browser storage.
- Authentication uses session state.
- Analytics, if enabled, should be limited to site performance and usage context.
06 · Email & Marketing
Newsletters and order emails.
Transactional emails are sent for order confirmations, status information, receipts, and support. These are part of providing the service.
Marketing emails, if offered, should be optional and include a way to unsubscribe.
Applies To
- Order emails are operational.
- Marketing should be consent-based.
- Support replies may reference order details.
07 · Your Rights
What you can ask us to do.
You can contact the lab to request corrections, access, deletion, or clarification about data tied to your account or orders.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or operational reasons.
Applies To
- Ask for corrections if order contact data is wrong.
- Ask about deletion where retention rules allow it.
- Include enough identity/order context for verification.
08 · Updates & Contact
Changes, and how to reach us.
This policy may change as the storefront, lab tools, or service providers change. The latest posted version applies to future use of the site.
For privacy questions, use the contact page and include enough context for the lab to route the request.
Applies To
- Policy updates are posted on this page.
- Privacy questions should go through the contact path.
- Order-specific requests should include order number and token.
