Why It's Different
The lab is next door.
The studio shares a wall with our Bushwick processing floor. If you are shooting film on set, a roll can be developed and scanned the same day - often before you break down lights - instead of waiting until tomorrow to find out whether it is sharp.
This is unusual. Almost nowhere in the city offers a real studio and a real processing line in the same space. We built it because we were tired of the alternative.

A working pro studio with the essentials built in. Add-ons are available at the counter, and specialty grip or lighting can be brought in on request.
Cyc Wall
Pre-lit cyc
White seamless with coved corners and a floor that extends out for full-length work. Repaintable for color cycs on request.
Strobe
Professional strobe kit
Pro strobe heads on rolling stands with the modifiers most shoots reach for - beauty dish, octa, gridded strips, and reflectors.
Continuous
Continuous lighting
Daylight-balanced continuous lights with fresnels and softboxes for video and mixed film/digital shoots.
Grip
C-stands & flags
A full grip package - C-stands, a flag kit, apple boxes, V-flats, and scrims.
Backdrops
Seamless & muslin
Standard seamless on autopole in core colors, with additional colors and painted muslins available.
Room
Hair & makeup
A separate H&M room with a lit mirror, chairs, a sink, and a private changing area. Coffee and water included.
Rates
Daily, half-day, or by the hour.
Every booking includes the full kit, the H&M room, Wi-Fi, and a tech on call for setup questions. Members and production accounts get standing rates.
