Film and originals can be fragile, damaged, expired, fogged, exposed, mislabeled, or otherwise compromised before they reach us.

We handle materials carefully, but you acknowledge that analog work carries risk and that irreplaceable materials should not be submitted if that risk is unacceptable.

You are responsible for accurate contact information, payment details, and timely pickup or shipping choices.

Unclaimed orders may be subject to storage limits or other handling rules described at the time of service.
